I joined Scrumteck completely new to recruitment and I was so pleased to see how positive and collaborative the working environment was here. The whole team work extremely hard to achieve their own objectives and still go above and beyond to help their colleagues achieve theirs.
I started my career with Scrumteck back in 2022 coming from a role that was Engineering focussed. The business has supported me from the off and pushed me in the right way to achieve a number of goals throughout. We have a solid team of Consultants who genuinely care about the high level of service we provide.
Scrumteck took a chance on me, and I have not looked back since. The training I received, relationships I have made and, since that, the success I have had, have meant that I can now confidently call myself a Recruitment Consultant. Walking through the door of the Scrumteck office each day is a pleasure.
Recruitment was an easy route into the corporate world for me and I haven’t looked back since. I love the long-standing relationships I have built to date and how varied every day is. 2 years on, I am still challenged and I am learning something new every single day.
