The Brief
Our Method
Initially we had to manage this project completely confidentially and had to sign a non-disclosure agreement. Therefore, for the initial engagement of candidates with this project we had to conduct and very precise and accurate search model.
- We needed to strategically approach our existing candidate works initially and only engage with talent we had already met and pre-screened. All briefings had to be conducted in a way that we maintained the client’s confidentiality whilst also engaging the candidate.
- All engaged candidate options were asked to register an agreement confirming they were happy for Mitchell Adam to represent them for the opportunity although they were still not aware of who it was.
- Due to the sector specific requirements for some of the roles it was necessary to carry out some targeted headhunting as well as engaging with existing contacts for personal recommendations.
- After the period on non-disclosure passed we proceeded to follow a more traditional approach, generating new candidates and interviewing them specifically for the roles available.
The Result
We were awarded the contract in competition with two other recruitment businesses. Of the roles filled externally, Mitchell Adam filled over 80% of the roles available and received excellent feedback from the client.
