Role Overview: As a Project Manager at Hydrant, you’ll lead and inspire project teams, manage timelines, and ensure the delivery of high-quality products and processes. You’ll need to be more than just a task manager—Hydrant seeks a leader who can win over stakeholders, resolve blockers, and drive teams to success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives).
- Collaborate with product owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA) to ensure alignment.
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and address any concerns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience working with and implementing HubSpot CRM.
- Proven track record as a Scrum Project Manager or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, ClickUp, Monday, or Asana.
